Sign up for a Pay Later spending limit in less than 5 minutes: You’ll only need to do this once. If you’re approved you’ll see how much you can spend with Pay Later – up to £30,000. Once you’re ready to make a purchase just select IwocaPay at the checkout to use your spending limit. You’ll make your first payment in 30 days.

Your Monthly payments are taken automatically but you can always pay early if you like; there are no hidden fees.

What is IwocaPay?

IwocaPay is a payment solution that enables Kingston Distro to offer flexible payment options to their customers, allowing them to spend upto £30,000 with a benefit of a flexible 30 day credit limit. It aims to enhance cash flow and increase sales by providing a streamlined checkout experience.

We also have a 90 day credit limit option which spreads the cost over 3 equal instalments. T&C Apply.

Is there a minimum spend?

Yes. Minimum spend is £125+VAT to be able to use IwocaPay at checkout.

What if i forget to pay Iwoca?

On the 30th day of the credit term Iwoca automatically tries to takes payment from the bank details you have provided.

IWOCA also send email reminders in advance and confirm when payment has been received.

Can i pay the balance off before 30 days?

Yes, if you would like to pay before 30 days, just log in to your Iwoca account and pay the balance in full or make a part payment.

What if i reach my allocated spending limit with Iwoca pay?

If you’ve reached your allocated limit, you will need to make repayments to IwocaPay to replenish your limit.

If your credit worthiness changes between payments, you may receive a higher credit limit when they come to spend again.

Alternatively you can choose ‘pay by invoice’ or ‘pay by card’ at the checkout.

What if i don’t have the funds in my account on the 30th day?

Iwoca will give plenty of notice in advance of a due payment, but if funds still are not available on the 30th day Iwoca will reach out to the business owner directly within 7 days to schedule an appropriate payment date.

Why choose IwocaPay?

You may never need to! We find in most cases with our customers, money isn’t the issue, its finding the time to make the payment! 

Having IwocaPay as a payment option gives flexibility and breathing space to purchase everything you need and more, allowing us to dispatch stock before receiving payment.

Do you prioritise businesses that pay through IwocaPay?

If the stock is pre-paid either via Card payment or through IwocaPay, this allows our team to seamlessly pick, pack and ship your order making it more likely to get dispatched quickly.

Do you offer longer than 30 days?

Yes we have a 90 day credit option, however this service isn’t free and has a 2.5% p/m representative interest charge. IwocaPay split the amount into 3 equal Instalments and takes the payments automatically on 30th, 60th & 90th day. 

Does applying affect my credit score?

IwocaPay carry out credit searches during the application process which will not affect the applicants personal credit score.

What if i already have invoices outstanding?

If you have current invoices outstanding, you can choose to pay by IwocaPay and get an extra 30 days credit terms on top of what’s already been taken.

This means we get paid and you get an extra 30 days!

Does IwocaPay have an App?

Currently the only way to access your IwocaPay dashboard is online through there website at https://www.iwoca.co.uk/login/

What does the IwocaPay dashboard look like?

All information is fully displayed in your IwocaPay Dashboard from Credit Limit, total spend and scheduled payment dates. See image here of an dashboard example.
